Silver Maple Room

Figures painted in the pre-Raphaelite-style adorn the bed, chest and fireplace mantle original to the Silver Maple Room. The figures on the bed's headboard depict musical arts while the footboard figures illustrate the four seasons.

The bedroom furniture is original to Whitehall and was returned to the Museum in 1964.
