Grand Hall
Entertain your guests in Gilded Age style with cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres in the 4,800 square foot Grand Hall. Designed in the Beaux Arts style by famed architects Carrere & Hastings, Whitehall is an awe-inspiring work of art. The Grand Hall features a magnificent double staircase, dome ceiling paintings, opulent gold leif finishes, and marble throughout. The room is filled with objects and symbols that reflect the great traditions of art and literature in Western Civilization. The Grand hall's size and beauty make it perfect for large, elegant receptions.
During an event guests can explore the Museum’s first floor rooms, including the Library, Music Room, Dining Room, Ballroom, and Drawing Room, while Docents are available to answer any questions about the Museum, the collection, and its rich history. This experience alone will make your event stand above all the others.

West Room
With its subdued tones and refined Mediterranean ambiance, the West Room is a perfect choice for your festivities. Originally used as the hotel’s dining room, the West Room is impressive in both scale and appearance, combining dramatic lighting and superior acoustics with striking architectural features such as fully restored tile floors, stone sculpture, and decorative paintings. The West Room features a grand chandelier, a 27 ft vaulting ceiling, and adjoining Lake Room that opens into the terrace overlooking Lake Worth and the West Palm Beach skyline.

Flagler Kenan Pavilion
Opened in 2005, the Pavilion was designed to evoke the opulence and grandeur of a turn-of-the-century railway palace. The Flagler Kenan Pavilion is an ideal space for large functions. With its stunning panpramic views of Lake Worth, the Pavilion is the perfect setting for both formal dinners and large receptions and events.. A venue truly unlike any other you will find in South Florida ... or anywhere.

Courtyard
Open to the sublime South Florida weather, the Courtyard’s tranquility is broken only by the gentle bubbling of the marble fountain, a 1902 copy of the famous Venus Fountain that graces the Boboli Gardens in Italy. The courtyard is the perfect space for both large and small receptions.

The Boardroom Suite
The Flagler Museum restored three rooms on Whitehall's second floor, including rebuilding original walls and refurbishing original fixtures, to create a historic, yet state-of-the-art, Boardroom Suite. In much the same way Whitehall originally combined modern technology with historic interiors, the Boardroom has state-of-the-art communications and audio-visual systems with elegant surroundings.
The intimate feel of the tastefully decorated Study is the perfect setting for small meetings. The Study can be easily closed off from the rest of the meeting areas for privacy making it a convenient and functional space. As a reception area for small groups, the Yellow Room is a relaxing and tasteful setting, higlighted by beautifully restored painted panels. The Boardroom Suite also features a kitchen, bar, pantry, and private bathroom.
