General Admission

Admission includes access to Whitehall, the Flagler Kenan Pavilion, historic Railcar No. 91, and the Museum grounds. Parking, audio tour guides (sometimes a brief wait may be required), self-guide brochures, “Tour and Activity Guides for Kids”, and Docent-Led Tours (per the listed schedule and as available) are all included in the General Admission price.

Museum visitors are always welcome to purchase tickets on a walk-up basis.

Note: The Museum is closed on Mondays, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Please DO NOT purchase a ticket for those days.

To complete an online purchase you must first create an account, and then reply to the e-mail that will be sent to the e-mail address you provide. Tickets will not be mailed. All tickets will be held for pickup on arrival at the Will Call admission kiosk. A copy of the purchase order will be sent to you via e-mail. Visitors must present a copy of the purchase order and valid photo I.D. for pickup. Tickets are valid for one day only. Tickets are non-refundable.
